Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued. Grace period with free cancellation (no cancellation fees or partial refunds possible) for 24 hours after booking if arrival is at least 72 hours away at time of booking.

Peak summer bookings prioritize weeklong stays (Friday–Friday), which allows guests to enjoy uninterrupted lake time and helps us maintain the property to a high standard. Shorter stays may be available during shoulder seasons or closer to arrival.;
